Seaweed and Egg Soup
Description
This is a traditional after dinner soup, Sichuan Style. Very easy to cook
Ingredients
- A few grams of Seaweed
- 2 Eggs
- Salt, MSG, Sesamoil
Process
- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, put in a few salt and mix well.
- Put the dry Seaweed a large bowl, which will later be the soup bowl.
- Pour water in the soup bowl, wait for the Seaweed to absorb the water fully, then remove extra water.
- Boil water in a pot, after boiled, pour the egg mixture into
boiled water slowly. This will form beautiful egg flower.
- Pour the boiled water with egg into the soup bowl.
- Add seasoning.
- Desierable amount of salt, according to personal taste.
- one Tbsp of MSG
- A few drops of Sesamoil to add flavour.
- Finished.
