Description

This is a traditional after dinner soup, Sichuan Style. Very easy to cook

Ingredients

Process

  1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, put in a few salt and mix well.
  2. Put the dry Seaweed a large bowl, which will later be the soup bowl.
  3. Pour water in the soup bowl, wait for the Seaweed to absorb the water fully, then remove extra water.
  4. Boil water in a pot, after boiled, pour the egg mixture into boiled water slowly. This will form beautiful egg flower.
  5. Pour the boiled water with egg into the soup bowl.
  6. Add seasoning.
  7. Finished.
